its location is very close to the main square, maybe 5 minutes, so accessing restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions was easy. the staff saved the day when my tour operator for auschwitz cancelled. the receptionist quickly found a replacement tour operator after i had no luck.

the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night, so it disturbed my sleep a little. also, i could sometimes hear noise from the plumbing when the room above me used the sink or shower.
