the hotel's location was convenient, only minutes from key attractions. our room featured a nespresso machine with ample coffee capsules. i found the breakfast selection extensive, with fresh fruit and hot options available. i enjoyed the bar's liquor coffee, a perfect evening treat.

i found the air conditioning quite noisy, which slightly disturbed my sleep.

excellent experience

hotel service convenient location helpful staff easy access

its location is very close to the main square, maybe 5 minutes, so accessing restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions was easy. the staff saved the day when my tour operator for auschwitz cancelled. the receptionist quickly found a replacement tour operator after i had no luck.

the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night, so it disturbed my sleep a little. also, i could sometimes hear noise from the plumbing when the room above me used the sink or shower.

the room included a nespresso coffee machine with capsules. the bathroom featured both a bath and a separate walk-in shower. i appreciated the upgraded suite. (room 506 was lovely).

the breakfast RESTAURANT offered many choices, including fruit and hot selections.

the upgraded room was SMALL. There was barely space to walk around the bed, and no place to store luggage. The window was locked, and i REALLY wanted some fresh air. The bathroom had no natural light, which I did not like at all.
